Australia-Wide Bullion Delivery
We can deliver eligible orders throughout Australia, including to residential addresses, workplaces, P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers where supported by the delivery service selected for your order.
Your privacy and security are important to us. Our parcels are packaged discreetly and do not identify the contents, value of your purchase or prominently display the Darling Downs Bullion name on the outside of the package.
Orders are sent using a tracked delivery service and, where applicable, are insured for transit. Identification or a signature may be required when your parcel is collected or delivered. Please make sure the name and delivery details on your order are accurate and match any identification that may be required.
Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes
Dispatch times depend on product availability, order volumes, cleared payment and completion of any identification or verification requirements that apply to your transaction.
Before an order can be dispatched, payment must have cleared and any required identification or supporting documentation must have been received and verified.
For bullion products that are in stock, orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days once payment and any required verification have been completed.
Some bullion products may be available to order even when they are not currently held in stock. Lead times for these products can vary depending on the mint, refinery, supplier and market conditions. If timing is important, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm current availability and provide an estimated timeframe.
Delivery times after dispatch vary depending on your location and the delivery provider. Tracking details will be provided when available so you can follow the progress of your shipment.
Delivery Costs & Combined Orders
Delivery charges can vary according to the weight, value and destination of your order. Available delivery options and applicable charges will be shown or confirmed as part of your order.
Where possible, multiple orders may be combined for delivery. Because bullion shipping requirements can depend on the total weight and value of the combined shipment, please contact Darling Downs Bullion if you would like to discuss combining orders before dispatch.

Gold and silver bullion are high-value products, so we use discreet packaging and tracked delivery methods appropriate to the order. Please keep your tracking information secure and monitor the shipment once dispatch confirmation has been provided.

Customers who prefer not to have their bullion delivered may be able to collect eligible orders from Darling Downs Bullion at Level 1, 526 Alderley Street, Harristown QLD 4350. Please wait until we confirm that your order is ready before attending for collection.
